Terms of Service

By accessing our website and engaging with our packaged or custom development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the site and our resources.

Cognitive Increase Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the update timestamp above.

For pre-scoped engagements (such as the Workflow Sprint or Support Bot Launch):

• Scoping Checkpoint: We run a kickoff discovery session to align deliverables. If either party determines during this session that a fit does not exist, a full refund of any deposit is issued.

• Iterative Approvals: We build in weekly sprint intervals. Client sign-off is required at each milestone before moving to production deployment.

• SLA & Support: Post-launch support periods are defined per package. Dedicated retainers are subject to explicit Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Services Agreement (MSA):

• Deployed Code: All custom integration scripts, database schemas, frontend interfaces, and orchestration assets built specifically for your project become your exclusive intellectual property upon full payment.

• Shared Library Core: Core utility methods, generic prompt templates, and pre-existing connectors developed by Cognitive Increase remain our proprietary technology, licensed to you royalty-free for your internal business operations.

While we design AI agents with multi-step guardrails and human-in-the-loop approvals, client acknowledges that generative models are probabilistic. Client remains responsible for monitoring autonomous agent outputs and establishing appropriate review cycles before AI-triggered actions run live in client's operational environment.
